FAQ

Making sure you are happy with the designs you purchase is the most important part of our work at Don't Cry Wolf. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions so you can know what to expect when purchasing from us.

 

Shipping and Delivery
Please add 3-5 days production time prior to shipping.

* Estimated shipping time does not include customs, domestic holidays, strikes - anything that is beyond our control.

* In order to ensure that your package will be sent to the exact address, please review that the information you supplied is correct.  

 

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Israel - that's where Don't Cry Wolf is located.

 

How long will it take to process my order?
All items are shipped in 5-8 work days from our studio in Israel. If you need your order asap, let us know and we will do our best to speed it up.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! most of our orders come from outside of Israel, and we are proud to have designs of ours in homes all over the world.

 

Do you offer express shipping?
If you'd like your order to arrive faster than that, you can choose express shipping ($20) from the shipping options, and your order will arrive in 5-7 days.

What about customs and duties?
If your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties vary from country to country, and we cannot estimate nor pay these fees. We attach the proper documentation to speed up the customs process.

 

Can I track my package?
We always supply a tracking number, but unless you choose the express shipping option, for certain countries there is no way to track a package after it has left Israel, and the tracking is not always reliable. If you choose express shipping, then your package will be trackable.

 

What if I don't like what I received?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days from when you received it and we will work out a refund or exchange. We will not cover the shipping cost back. 
Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in saleable condition.

Help - there is something wrong with my purchase.
We take great pride in our craft, but mistakes do happen. If there is a quality issue with your purchase let us know and we will issue a refund. We will also cover shipping costs back.

 

Can I only pay with PayPal?
While we do take payments via PayPal, you do not need a registered PayPal account to purchase. You can choose to pay using any major credit card or your PayPal account.

 

Is your website secure?
All transactions are protected by powerful SSL encryption software and PCI compliant transaction processors. We use Paypal as a platform for our sale.

* Our company undertakes not to make any use of the information without consent unless required to do so under any law or to prevent abuse. Our company will allow access to the information solely to those employees requiring the information in order to grant services.

 

All intellectual property rights including trademarks, logos, designs, and pictures are private property of “Don’t cry wolf” by Lilach Feller, and are protected under patent registration unauthorised use may be subjected to criminal lawsuit.
